Registration fees/gebyr

Please note that VAT is not added on conference payments in Denmark, and therefore is not deductible.            

The following items are included in the participant fee:
Attendance at all sessions, final programme incl. abstract book, lunches, coffee/tea in breaks during conference days and reception at the City Hall of Copenhagen on 12 September (Remember to sign up for the reception when you register)
Følgende er inkluderet i deltager gebyret:
Deltagelse i de faglige sessioner, program inkl. abstracts, frokost, kaffe/te pauser under konferencen samt deltagelse i reception på Københavns Rådhus den 12. september (tilmelding nødvendig ved online registrering)

Registration desk - opning hours during the conference / Registrerings skranke har åbent:

Wedensday / Onsdag, 12 September 09:00-15:30 hrs.

Thursday / Torsdag, 13 september 08:30-14:00 hrs.


On-site Registration
Registration made later than Thursday 6 September will be considered as on-site registration and consequently minor delays at the registration desk, in connection with issuing of documentation and settlement of accounts, must be anticipated.
Registrering på dagen
Online registrering skal ske før torsdag den 6. september, derefter er man velkommen til at registrere sig på 1. dag af konferencen. Der skal forventes en forsinkelse af tid, da betaling, trykning af badge etc. skal håndteres.


Final Registration
Participants must register at the Registration Desk (Scandic Copenhagen) upon arrival at the Conference. Please remember to bring your confirmation of participation.
Afsluttende registrering
Deltagere skal henvendes sig ved registreringsskranken (Scandic Copenhagen) ved ankomst. Husk at medbringe bekræftelse.


Payment/
Betaling
Payment must be made in Danish Kroner (DKK) to the order of NEDS, c/o DIS Congress Service and remitted as follows:
Betaling skal ske i danske kroner (DDK) til NEDS, c/o DIS Congress Service via følgende betalingsmuligheder:

  • by electronic invoice / EAN faktura (only for Danish delegates). På grund af den lange ekspeditionstid for EAN-fakturaer, er denne betalingsmåde ikke mulig senere end 30 dage før konference start. EAN gebyr er på kr. 39,-
  • by charging your Credit Card / via kreditkortbetaling

IMPORTANT: Please remember to state NEDS and participant’s name on all money transfers to the Conference Secretariat.

Terms and conditions

Confirmation
It is your personal responsibility that all details such as address, booked events, number of tickets, hotel reservation, date of arrival and departure, etc. are in accordance to your wishes. We therefore strongly recommend that you read and check the letter of confirmation of registration carefully to avoid errors. In the event of any errors in the confirmed, please contact DIS Congress Service
in writing.
Bekræftelse
Der er dit personlige ansvar at det bestilte er som du ønsker. Vi anbefaler, at du læser al korrespondance igennem og gennemser at alt er som forventet. Henvend dig skriftligt til DIS Congress Service såfremt der er detaljer der skal justeres.

Cancellation of participation
(a written request is mandatory)
Pre-registered participants who are unable to attend the Conference will have their paid fees refunded less a processing fee of DKK 400 provided written notice of non-attendance is received by the Conference Secretariat before Monday 13 August. All refunds will be processed after the Conference. If cancellation is made after this date no refund of fee can be expected.
Annullering af deltagelse (skal ske skriftligt)
Deltagere, som ikke kan deltage på konferencen, kan få deres deltagergebyr refunderet (minus et gebyr på kr. 400), hvis annulleringen sker senest den mandag 13. august 2012. Efter dette tidspunkt kan refundering ikke påregnes.
